Ghana International Trade Fair Center Redevelopment
The Ghana International Trade Fair Center Redevelopment project seeks to modernize and expand the existing trade fair center into a state-of-the-art mixed-use development. The project will include a convention center, exhibition halls, luxury hotels, high-end malls, and a technological hub.
The redevelopment is being undertaken by the Ghana Trade Fair Company, with the aim of creating a world-class business and leisure destination. Accra-Nsawam Railway Project
The Accra-Nsawam Railway Project involves the upgrade of the existing narrow-gauge railway line between Accra and Nsawam into a modern, standard-gauge railway. The project is being implemented by the Ghana Railway Development Authority (GRDA) in partnership with KEC International Limited.
The upgraded railway line will improve connectivity between Accra and the Eastern Region, facilitating the transportation of goods and passengers. It will also contribute to the development of the region’s economy by reducing transportation costs and improving access to markets.
